Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from INSPIRECREATIVITY.COM. Please note that your use of INSPIRECREATIVITY.COM constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.
Prices, Shipping & Delivery Time
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 1 to 3. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify thereal.prototypehawaii@gmail.com and provide your order number.
Domestic (USA) - $6 Flat Rate Shipping!
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for the flat rate of $6. Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of purchase.
International (Orders $70 or less) - USPS Priority Mail
International orders under $70 are eligible to be shipped via USPS First Class mail for the flat rate of $20. Standard delivery time is 7-10 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. As of now, USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.
Please Note* The use of UPS is strongly encouraged for all International orders; Flat Rate (First Class Mail) delivery is not guaranteed and is at the risk of the buyer. Unfortunately ONLY NY INC. will not be responsible for replacing lost, delayed, damaged or stolen packages shipped via First Class Mail.
International (Orders $70 or more) - UPS Worldwide Expedited
All International orders over $70 are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited service with tracking delivery confirmation. Shipping prices are calculated by UPS based on weight and the destination. Standard delivery time is 3-4 business days from date shipped, but may take longer.
INSPIRECREATIVITY.COM or PROTOTYPE OPS, LLC is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Product Information
Most PROTOTYPE OPS, LLC products displayed on INSPIRECREATIVITY.COM are available in select stores in the United States and around the world while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale may not be available in stores. The prices displayed at INSPIRECREATIVTY.COM are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.
Product Availability
Although availability may be indicated on INSPIRECREATIVITY.COM, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Size exchanges and significantly factory defective items are accepted for exchange within 7 days from which shipment is received.We require that customers notify thereal.prototypehawaii@gmail.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. Exchanges are not available for any product after 7 days.

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the INSPIRECREATIVITY.COM. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
